“My right ear bud has stopped working by touch control. It happened overnight. It will still play music but will not answer, end call, skip music. no beeps when touching. I have made sure it is clean and charged with no change. Any suggestions?”

Have you looked into the app. These buds have a function that turns off the tapping functions. Once on all the functions should return.
