“Good afternoon, I received my ear buds on Sunday but I cannot hear out of them. I have done all of the "tricks" but I can barely hear still. What should I do as I am unable to use them?”

• If you purchased the buds plus change to the inserts that better seal to your ear canal and you would be amazed how loud they are! The buds live can be adjusted in the ear with a little twist upward and the sound comes out! Do not bury in ear canal!
