A:AnswerNew. Earbuds have a finite lifespan, and if you got a pair used from someone who really used them, the drivers could be worn. I do not know if these get checked when they're officially refurbished, but I would always recommend new ones. There's just a lot that can go wrong, especially in earbuds that have this much packed into a small package.
I had those Beats. I liked them a lot for working out and the battery was amazing, but wasn't blown away by the sound, microphones or features. They lack noise canceling, unlike the Buds and just can't compete with the sound, solely based on the fact the hardware used in the Buds are miles ahead now. I didn't mind the Beats and enjoyed using them, but after using the Buds, it's not competition in my eyes.
A:AnswerListen up Grandpa, have you heard of hearing aids? The earbuds have the same technology. It's called a microphone and it actually makes sounds around you easier to hear. That's what ambient sound is. You can even hear better with these than your own 2 ear holes.
A:AnswerThe only issue I have had is that even the largest rubber ear piece supplied, they don't stay fixed in my ears, maybe just me, but my BOSE buds, not as good as these are sound wise, fit much better. That's my only gripe..

A:AnswerThe case makes it so u can keep ur headphones powered longer anytime they go in they charge usually pretty quick make sure u keep ur case charged and all is well. Charge last depends on what settings u r using, noise canceling uses more battery 360 audio. Tune your settings to fit your need. For me full blast noise canceling on 5 hours I put them in the case for break I get through a whole day like that.
