This review is based on me owning the Galaxy Buds Pro, Galaxy Buds Plus, and AirPods Pro. I also own the iPhone 12 Pro Max and the GS20 Ultra so I can give the user experience from a Samsung phone and an iPhone. No bias here and this review is based on USER EXPERIENCE. Pros: Galaxy Buds Pro sound great, have good bass, clear vocals, sound great for phone calls, a great Ambient mode, no latency when watching movies or gaming, ANC is now a feature, and these have voice detect which will pause the audio when you start talking. Do these sound better then AirPods Pro? That is subjective and depends on what you prefer in audio. AirPods Pro get louder and the Galaxy Buds Pro have fuller bass. Cons: Galaxy Buds Pro don't fit as well or as comfortable as the Galaxy Buds Plus in my ears. I've noticed other reviews mention this too. The ANC is average and not as good as AirPods Pro. Battery life is now 5 hours...down from 11 hours with the Galaxy Buds Plus. Final thoughts: These are the best earbuds for people with a Samsung phone. AirPods Pro are the best earbuds for people with an iPhone...that's the simple truth. If you want the best ANC, loudest earbuds, and best Bluetooth range...AirPods Pro. If you want the best bass, best Ambient mode, and lots of extra features from a companion app...Galaxy Buds Pro. Lastly...I will always recommend to family and friends that they choose the BEST FIT over brand when buying earbuds cuz that's what your sound experience will come down to.

As far as sound quality is concerned these are phenomenal I have nothing bad to say about them comparing to the previous models the Galaxy Bud Plus and generation one and not only that the Galaxy but lives completely outperforms those. However the biggest negative on why this did not get a perfect, is the fit the Galaxy bar plus fits in your ear virtually perfectly because it has two ways it fits in an interlocking portion plus it going into the ear these on the other hand only go into the ear and depending on how your ears made or is shaped they may fit they may not fit or they may pop out no matter how much you twist them in to try to get the perfect fit. It just may not work or it could cause your ear some pain I hope Samsung goes back and redesigns these with more of the likeness of a galaxy Bud Plus. But I still stand behind the excellent sound design. Buying them from Best Buy naturally you have a 14-day or possibly 30-day return policy I would still tell anybody to try them out to see if they will work for them and if they do not work going to the Galaxy Bud plus would be the next best thing. Oh and one of the coolest features unless you like to sing behind the songs you listen to is a feature where if you're listening to music and then someone starts to talk to you the moment the microphone hears your voice it will actually lower the music into the background almost like grocery store music in the background so that you can still hear the people that's talking to you because it automatically cuts on ambient sound that feature is phenomenal unless you hum or sing behind the song which would then be a little aggravating luckily you can cut it on and off at your leisure.

Samsung continues to deliver quality products with stellar features, superb sound & pricing that is on par with its lineup and competition. have several TWS pairs... Currently use them on iOS (iPhone 12). The Galaxy Buds Pro have a great, detailed, user friendly and mostly accurate sound. The fit which is my 2nd priority on any TWS pair is comfortable for my ears. (I don't understand what all the "doesn't fit" fuss is about) true all ears are different just like sound is subjective to everyone... But try them for some time, experiment with other ear tips before you knock them. The Beats Studio Buds which I bought on release day are just "ok" and "average" but they are better than all their previous iterations. Still those should have been $99 or $129. The case on the Beats Studio Buds feel flimsy and cheap. Samsung usually doesn't cut corners on its delivery of quality with each product they release. These Galaxy Buds Pro are lightweight yet feel premium for sure. The case is sturdy and the overall presentation is top-notch. I will continue to use them as well as my other sets but from an iOS user's perspective.... The lack of an App on iOS has not pushed me away. The sound, ANC, comfort and ease of use is phenomenal. Had to return my first pair. I do love these earbuds though, I had them on my wish list before I met my boyfriend. We went to the store and got him the black pair and I later ordered these because they don't have the violet in store but wow. Very pleased with the battery life of the galaxy buds. I was at the gym at 4:40pm and left around 7:40pm and still had juice. It was nice. The battery life really is what I need at the gym since I like staying around 2.5 or 3 hrs. Also on chore day it doesn't miss a beat. I like the charging versatility. Wired or wireless charging both options are very nice to have. It kinda sucks that these do not come with a charger or charging cable, but oh well. They definitely sound good and I very much love that they're not getting interference, especially on crowded gym days. So that very much pleasing. HOWEVER, I'm convinced this works best in the Samsung environment, not completely sure about the rest of the Android environment. When I connected this to my 1st gen iPad Pro 9.7 inch ( yeah it's old, but it I can still draw and get updates) the range is not great. I could go to the edge of a room or the room right over and it starts cutting in and out. But with my Samsung phone I can leave my phone in the kitchen and listen to my music IN THE BASEMENT of all places without it cutting in and out. Noice cancelation is alright for the most part. Once the gym starts getting more crowded I can more of the equipment a little but it was definitely better than my old buds. Plus the fact I cannot hear people speaking with them on. The ambient sound mode is very trippy. It's like being able to "hear everything" and I mean everything it amplifies it, my boyfriend says it's like a hearing aid and that's the perfect analogy. I wish the timeout to return to noise canceling was faster than 5 seconds but eh. The fit is something to play with, I initially thought the default tips were fine, for the most part yes, until I do back extension ms at the gym or more intensive house cleaning, then the grip loosens so definitely wannan find that snug but comfy fit. My boyfriend has to use two different size tips, one large and one medium for his ears, I also need sizes because my left ear is prone to falling out when doing activities mentioned. Summary: I love these earbuds and I definitely recommend them.

After owning and still using the first generation galaxy buds I wanted to see what an upgrade would do. Decided to wait after the 2nd generation, I had purchased the "beans" when they had first came out and to my disappointment and my opinion did not live up to even the 1st generation buds because of the change of shape of the buds and did not even support ambient features like the previous 2 models before so after some exercises and 2 days later ended up returning them and continued to wait for the next gen buds. I had purchased these bad boys and to my surprise had everything I was looking for and more and was happy that they went for a sleeker and same look as the buds before the beans. Another thing worth mentioning and what sold me is when I found out about what the buds do automatically as soon as someone outside talks to you or even as soon as it hears your voice it pauses whatever you're listening to and goes into the ambient mode so you can hear the outside world without having to touch anything or even take them out of your ears and then 10 seconds later when the buds don't hear any voices anymore goes back to playing music and drowns everything out completely so it's perfect serenity with only you and whatever you're listening to. If you're looking for an upgrade of earphones definitely take the time to try these out.. I am kind of biased because almost everything I have is purely Samsung from my TVs to my phones and everything in between.. but this is all my opinion and being a normal best buy purchaser trying to get my voice out there and getting some rewards points while I'm at it haha
