I didnt see that option in the instructions but wasn't specifically looking for that feature. You can definitely go to the next/previous track but as far as rrwind/fast forward don't know for sure. You can look up the manual from Google or Samsung though.

With the app they will do it

I haven't been able to use them in this manner. Typically they fast forward to the next song or chapter when I use the fast forward feature.
