Due to the virus, there can be shipping delays. However, they do take care of customer concerns in a timely manner. Always very helpful and quick in my experience.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Depends on the issue and where you bought the buds from. One of mine that had a bud quit working was purchased new online but since the buds were "international" they wouldn't fix them.
