• No, but the ear pieces have "wings" that fill your outer ear and hold them in place. I was skeptical at first, but did not experience the Buds+ falling from my ears for the short time I had them. I wound up returning them because of multiple deficiencies I noted with them.

• Hello DeeLee, thanks for asking! Your earbuds come with extra earbud tips and wingtips of varying sizes, and you could even use different sizes for each ear. You can swap the earbud tips and wingtips for a more secure fit. ^Elizabeth
