A:AnswerBro, I don't even think having them at different volumes is an option lol. They must be defective. Order new ones. Having different volumes at the same time is NOT an option/feature on these guys.
A:AnswerYou can use either side as one earbud when on a call or you can use both. Same concept as the airpods. Just leave the other one in the case if you dont want both in your ear.

I am not happy that Best Buy has not contacted me regarding the problem with their computer system that was not allowing them to add the added protection to this particular product. The ear buds alone are amazing.
