• Yes they are small enough to sleep with I’m sure and the battery should last at least 10 or 11 hours if you really want to sleep that long what I would do though if you wanted to use them to go to sleep you could set your phone to stop playing music after say a couple of hours that way after you fell asleep the earbuds would shut off and save battery Hope that helps john
