A:AnswerIf you work in a noisy factory, I wouldn't buy the Buds+. I do not work in a noisy environment, but live downtown in the city, I listen to podcasts, music and phone conversations all the time while I'm on the street. These buds do not produce the volume that allows me to hear ANYTHING coming through the speakers! Sitting alone in my office the sound volume and quality is good (not great, but good). I was disappointed that the Ambient Aware feature could not overcome this deficiency.
A:AnswerNo, I believe that the only way to power off the Buds+ is by putting them in the storage case and closing the lid. When your phone rings, you must open the lid, which turns the Buds+ back on instantly, and place them back in your ears. It was such a convoluted process, added to volume issues I had with mine, I returned them.
A:AnswerHello leaveitall, thanks for asking! If you receive a call while wearing the earbuds, they will emit a sound, and a voice notification will inform you of the incoming call's phone number. ^Elizabeth
A:AnswerYou may need to be specific about what app and what type phone you are talking about. If you mean the app that controls the settings, look under Galaxy Wearables. You may have to reset or reboot phone entirely. Otherwise, depending on how long you have had the earbuds, Geek Squad may help you.
A:AnswerI purchased the Samsung ear buds 6 months ago and the same thing happened to me with the right bud. Now the keft one is really low. Can't find help or how to fix it anywhere. Really dislike the product! Please help.
