Hello ruble, good question! These earbuds include a Charging Case, Earbuds, Eartips (S, M, L), Quick Start Guide, USB Cable, and Wingtips (S, M, L) in the box. ^Elizabeth

Yes, they come together when you buy them. As far as I know, you can NOT buy them separately. The case the Buds came with does charge the Buds while they are in them. You can think of the case as a power bank for the Buds. As long as the case is charged it will charge your Buds, but once the case charge is at zero it will stop charging your Buds.
