“Why does the Galaxy Buds2 Pro Manager app need permissions to access contacts, calendar, call logs and SMS? They should be optional. The earphones connect and disconnect immediately if not allowed these permissions. I'll be returning these if not working.”

• Because you can do calls just pressing your finger in one side, and saying "call X person", that's why

• I'm not completely sure, however i am almost certain it needs permissions to anything that could access your speaker, like voice to text, which i am sure is offered in the apps you listed
