A:AnswerI dont think so, but there is a good return policy, and just as an aside, ive had them all except the original and these are by far the best, everyone is different, but i love these, extremely comfy, never fall out
A:AnswerSoooo...anyway... theres no guarantee an item wil lgo open box, open box means the item was returned, and bestbuy usually sends back highend product to the manufacturers because for some items and some manufacturers have certain guidelines. Like earbuds i believe are just something that gets refurbished by samsung and then turned around and distributed as thoughbthey were new once they get repackaged. Its outside of bestbuys hands at that point and its what the original company, such as samsung, has a policy for.
A:AnswerIf you have a helmet on, fantastic. Noise cancelling helps a lot on engine and wind noises. But without helmet, you would hear a lot of wind noises that would peak the audio pass-through on the buds. You would need to turn off the option for either ANC or ambient listening to limit that. Keep in mind that sweat makes the buds slippery.
A:AnswerNo, they are a specific type of item that gets sent back to the manufacturer and it gets rebuilt or repackaged and cleaned so it can be sold as a new product again.
A:AnswerThe earbuds works with bluetooth. On your phone turn on the bluetooth and scan for devices. Open the earbud case and when your phone recognizes the device then press connect. It's best to use with Samsung Wearables app to control the ear buds' features. iPhones also recognizes Samsung buds. You can also connect without the case by pressing both earbuds at the same time until you hear a continuous tone until it connects.
A:AnswerI had lost my last remaining galaxy buds+ earbud like 3 weeks before these came out and I waited. It was a long wait, but so MF'in worth it. You probably read all the bickering about the last Pros, but it seems like they fixed all of it. They fit better than even my buds+, audio is much better by far, pass-through audio is actually useable send very clear, the ANC has come light-years since the old Galaxy buds. I was on the fence too reading all the previous reviews about their previous generation, but like I said they brought out the A-Team and made the best headphones they could. My girlfriend even prefers them over her Beats earbuds.
A:AnswerWithout being able to test this out myself, all of Galaxy buds series have Bluetooth chipsets in them. If the onboard console of the aircraft entertainment system allows Bluetooth audio connectivity, to pair them is as simple as opening the case and then do a Bluetooth search on the onboard console. You may need to unpair from your phone, but I've found it possible to recieve audio from two sources (phone's audio in the left earbud while the aircraft entertainment system is in the right). This feature is available on any Bluetooth audio device (car radio, other cell phone, tablet, etc.)
A:AnswerNo, but i believe this largely depends on person to person since not everyone is allergic to having different materials in their ears. I would also suggest cleaning your earbuds after a few days or at least wiping them down, otherwise the grease from your skin and earwax will accumulate bacteria which will result in ear infection.
A:AnswerYes to both. Turn Dolby Atmos on in pulldown bar on your galaxy phone. And in the Samsung wearables app you can turn off and on 360 audio and head tracking.
