Soooo...anyway... theres no guarantee an item wil lgo open box, open box means the item was returned, and bestbuy usually sends back highend product to the manufacturers because for some items and some manufacturers have certain guidelines. Like earbuds i believe are just something that gets refurbished by samsung and then turned around and distributed as thoughbthey were new once they get repackaged. Its outside of bestbuys hands at that point and its what the original company, such as samsung, has a policy for.
