Yes , I have the Tab pro 12.2 , it plugs into the micro USB port where you charge your tablet. I use my cable to run a Logitech usb keyboard with track pad. I also podcast with my 12.2 using this cable and a usb microphone. Hope this helps.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. It plugs into the charging port. Half the contacts are used for charging, half for data on charging cords. So it syncs data through that port.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. It most certainly will. I have the note 12.2 and it works perfectly. I plug the usb on the right side of tablet in micro slot, and connect flash drive to it.In upper left corner of tablet screen it will display the usb symbol and your flash drive contents will automatically appear. If I can figure it out, anyone can. I have been waiting for this capability on a tablet and it is finally here! Get the Logitech Keyboard case and S mouse and you will be good to go!

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. What I discovered and nobody has mentioned is that the charging port is actually two mini ports combined into one. On the charging cord the plug is a combination charger/usb plug. If you look close you can see the divider. I ended up purchasing an after market usb plug and cable kit for the same price that includes the usb adapter, misc cables, and adapters to connect to HDTV, etc.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I plug mine in where you plug in the charger on my Galaxy tablet. Hope this helps.
