• As far as I know - 32GB is your only choice. Based upon other models - going from 32GB to 64GB usually adds $100. I've added a 64GB micro SD for around $40 - more memory for less money not to mention can be swapped out for various reasons...

• No, Galaxy Note 4 comes only in 32 GB version internal memory. There is no other capacity available for Note 4.

• No. There was supposed to be a 64gb version for the Note 3 but it never came. I doubt it would for the Note 4 but it now supports up to 128gb by way of a micro SD card now if you need it.
