I assume you're asking about the process for buying this phone at Best Buy (rather than directly through Verizon). The answer is simple . . . Best Buy will take care of everything for you when you shop online or in the store. If you're financing the phone (monthly payments), it will appear directly on your Verizon bill just as if you purchased it directly from them. If I remember correctly, the only charges I paid directly to Best Buy was the upgrade fee and tax. Good Luck.
