Q: QuestionIf I'm eligible for an upgrade on verizon, how do I go about buying this phone and putting it on my plan. Anything extra I have to do?

• A:Answer I assume you're asking about the process for buying this phone at Best Buy (rather than directly through Verizon). The answer is simple . . . Best Buy will take care of everything for you when you shop online or in the store. If you're financing the phone (monthly payments), it will appear directly on your Verizon bill just as if you purchased it directly from them. If I remember correctly, the only charges I paid directly to Best Buy was the upgrade fee and tax. Good Luck.

• A:Answer It's supposed to be automatic. You tell your agent you want to do the BOGO and you sign up for a new number, put it on an unlimited data plan, 24month payment, and Verizon is supposed to credit your account over the course of your 24month payment.

Q: QuestionI understand the S10 Note does not have an external jack for a sound system but it may come with an adapter? How well does the adapter work? I need a phone I can hook into the sound system at the gym for class.

• A:Answer It comes with a special AKG brand ear bud that has a built in adapter. There is not just a usb-c to jack adapter included. If they did that, they would also have to provide the extra piece of the earbuds and confuse people. Instead they just combined the buds and jack all in one.
