• I am assuming yes, for I have a wireless charger and it works with my phone case being on while my phone is charging.

• Yes. But it wount reversecharge. That's in the defender otter box

• I have the duo charger. Both phones will charge through the OtterBox case (without the belt clip). 1 phone at a time may charge a bit faster.
