“I bought an unlocked note 10 plus. I have sprint as a carrier and my old phone was the s6 to activate I took SIM card and put in the note. It does not work do I have to call sprint to make changes.”

Hi Ralph, You will need a new sim for the Note 10 Plus, Sprint is one of the carriers where they make sims only for particular phones. You can get one for about $10 from the Best Buy store. Hope this helps! -MobileGuy
