• I would think that is an option. There is an option for paying for the phone outright and lowering the bill for as long as you have the phone. The best person to ask, however, is the representative who knows the full program.

• Since you are permitted to pre-pay the cost of the phone under the purchase agreement, I would have to say YES you can put more $$$ down at time of purchase.
