T-Mobile Visual Voicemail app from the Play Store works fine if you're a T-Mobile subscriber. From past experience, Verizon does not offer its own Visual Voicemail app for download to unlocked devices. I have no experience with AT&T or Sprint on that. You Mail and Google Voice are options if your carrier will not support its native Visual Voicemail apps.
