Does this phone support russian language? null

Yes. In the settings menu there is an option to set the whole device to русский (and pretty much any language in the world). Or, if you want just the keyboard there is an ability to download languages that can be swapped between using the space key. Very user friendly to different languages. I'm an English speaker, however, so I haven't actually tested how well the other language suites work...

I believe it does, because I have an unlocked S8+ that has the language choice. The Android OS on the S8+ is also on the Note 8
