“Is Wifi Calling available on an unlocked Note 8 phone using AT&T as the carrier?”

• I asked the same question at my local Best Buy and they said AT&T WiFi calling would work on an unlocked note 8. Can someone confirm either of these answers please.

• No, you have to get the carrier branded for "premium" features it's capable but software limited that's part of buying carrier specific.
