“The Specs clearly states that the Unlocked Note 8 has a dual SIM. This was a big deciding factor for my purchase. Where and How does the second SIM card go? The tray only has room for a SIM and a Memory Card. Thanks.”

Only selected markets carry dual SIM...meaning not the US

In this phone you can use the tray for a SIM and a Memory Card OR you can use it for a dual SIM (you have to leave out the Memory Card in that configuration).

When I called Samsung to ask about the dual sim card, I was told the dual sim was only available in the Asian market. I don't know why but that was what I was told.
