As far as I know, AT&T & t-mobile works with GSM technology whereas, Verizon & Sprint with CDMA. So I doubt both works on same phoe. Usually mobile phones are built on either one technology. So you have to confirm it before you buy. Also, from the question and answers I went through, I am not sure all the Note8 phones are dual sim. I have used dual sim phones with sim cards of different carriers, but both were GSM sim cards since the device supports only GSM. If this phone supports both technology at same time, then you can definitely use both carriers same time...
