Is the mobile Arabic language ? null

Yes you can change the phone language to Arabic, it will display all the menu options in Arabic, and you can use Arabic keyboard. However the Arabic language is not under the "recommended language" under "language settings". So I don't know if it will be 100% accurate or not.
