Replacing the batteries in any of Samsung's recent flagship devices is exceedingly difficult. It is possible, but just not easy. Watch any of the videos on YouTube on replacing the battery on a Samsung Galaxy S8 or S8+. The operation will be exactly the same, with a few exceptions (S Pen and such).
