- Answer Yes, it has different ways to transfer your information from one to another. Either by Samsung cloud or connecting both phones with a supply cable and adapter provide on your note 9. Be sure to use password and finger, facial recognition on your unlock note 9 in case if you loose your phone, since it can be used on any network.

- Answer i assume you are trading in an s8 for a note 9? if you're prepaid, just take to best buy and they'll look at it and tell you value of it. if it's paid for you can sell it on ebay or to a friend or letgo and then buy your note 9. be sure to reset it. if you're under contract, talk to your carrier and they'll tell you. if you're under contract with it, you have to go by the contract. the carrier will let you know. i'm not. i buy outright and go prepaid. it's a lot cheaper and no problems.
