First and foremost please be patient, your question will be answered accordingly. BestBuy will offer an extra amount toward the Note 9 if you trade in Select devices. That can ONLY be seen at a BestBuy Store unfortunately. You do not mail your phone to them. You have to physically hand in your phone to a mobile representative and they will determine the state of which your phone will be worth for the trade in. They will potentially give you more than the $250 for your phone if you pre-order. As stated you will have to go in the physical store or call to know exactly how much you will get
