Yes you can. BestBuy works with Verizon. So it will be a simple upgrade.

No you can just go there. Also they may give you a gift card for upgrading which you won't get at a verizon store.

You most definitely can! I originally purchased my phone from Verizon and have upgraded through Best Buy several times. I would encourage you to visit a Best Buy or Best Buy Mobile store and speak with an associate. Thank you!
