Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.1. Have the store/outlet/vendor do it. 2. using the charging cord to copy the files off the phone to a computer and later upload to your new phone
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Best buy can do it for you. Any place you buy your new phone has a machine that will transfer all data for you. Works great.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Depends on the data you want to transfer. If you have an SD card in your current phone you can move free apps and text history using App backup&restore and SMS backup&restore. Your contacts should backup automatically if you are on verizon but if not the store can do that. As for other carriers I can't comment as I have been with Verizon for 10 years. Pictures and stuff like that should backup to your SD card automatically (you might want to google how to check that on your current phone) but you can always download them to your computer too. Hope this helps
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. You can have your phone provider do it for you or if you bought it from a retail store they can do it right there for you.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.your micro SD card should transfer most data and then the great staff of Best Buy should be able to help you transfer contacts and pictures from the phone. I also plugged the USB into my desk top and transferred files over to the phone with ease.
