• You have to pay the tax on the phones full price and a $35 upgrade fee.

• At the time I got it, just before Xmas, it was $99 with 2 year upgrade.

• We got the S5 on Black Friday and the phone was a Dollar $1.00 but Bestbuy failed to tell us there is an Upgrade fee. Got our phone bill and was told then after purchasing the phone. Good Luck!
