Yes, you should be able to get the deal - not sure what type of plan, but one way to find out is to log in to Best Buy (if you have an account) and select the phone with ATT as the carrier - it will ask for your ph # to verify if you are eligible for the ATT Next plan, etc. (You can also buy it upfront by paying in full) - I did that buy the phone at best buy (pay only the sales tax) and then ATT charges $30 one time activation fee (which doesn't make sense at all) and then they charge me in my monthly bill for the new phone (I am on the ATT Next plan) - 30 months 0% interest.
