A:AnswerI had an online chat with BestBuy today. The pre-order qualifies for the Galaxy Buds but you actually go about ordering the buds after you receive the phone using the "Shop Samsung" app. Here are the steps I was given:
1. From 2/21/19–3/7/19, pre-order a Samsung Galaxy S10 or S10+ on a device installment plan, lease or outright purchase at full retail price.
2. Download the Shop Samsung app on your Samsung Galaxy S10 or S10+ from the Google Play store.
3. Open the Shop Samsung app, tap the Menu Icon on top left > select My Inbox > Samsung Galaxy Buds Offer.
4. Tap Allow when prompted to allow Shop Samsung to make and manage phone calls and access your contacts.
5. Tap Register Now for the Samsung Galaxy Buds Offer.
6. Tap OK when prompted to sign in to your Samsung Account to redeem the offer.
7. If you are not signed in to your Samsung Account on your device, you will be prompted to sign in. Otherwise, you will be automatically signed in to your Samsung Account on the Shop Samsung app.
8. Fill out the required information, and if prompted, upload receipt/proof of pre-order by 11:59:59 p.m. ET on 4/4/19. .
A:AnswerYes, you should be able to get the deal - not sure what type of plan, but one way to find out is to log in to Best Buy (if you have an account) and select the phone with ATT as the carrier - it will ask for your ph # to verify if you are eligible for the ATT Next plan, etc. (You can also buy it upfront by paying in full) - I did that buy the phone at best buy (pay only the sales tax) and then ATT charges $30 one time activation fee (which doesn't make sense at all) and then they charge me in my monthly bill for the new phone (I am on the ATT Next plan) - 30 months 0% interest. Hope this helps!
A:AnswerIf I'm inside the house or in the front yard it's fine but couldn't connect to wifi if I go to the back yard which is literally behind the wall. I live in a surburban nearby the city not rural area. This seems to happens to my other phone S7 too. However I don't have connection problem with the laptops whether I'm in the back yard or front yard.
A:AnswerYes that should be easy with nfc and also effortless. Touch back of phones together and wait. They can and most likely will assist you in store.
A:AnswerMiserable - if it is in great to excellent shape (with no damages on-screen, scratches, etc.) it may be about $100-150. In the store - $40.00 So..
A:AnswerI was told at the store any new line or upgrade to the S10 or S10+ you qualify for the free Galaxy buds. If you pre-ordered before the release date.
A:AnswerDepending on your carrier. I have att and you can keep your number, pay activation and enjoy your phone. Not sure if that is what you are asking.
