I doubt it, best buy cancelled my pre-order for the VZW S21 Ultra 256 even though it had a promised delivery date of 1/29/21 from my pre-order on 1/16/21. They cancelled even though I called and asked them to keep it open as long as possible.

Recommendation - I went directly to SAMSUNG. Based on my experience I am recommending the same for others.

No idea why this is going on.

This seems to be the case with samsung.com as well. I preordered the 256gb model and the delivery date has been pushed back twice now. Currently they are estimating March 2nd or 3rd. Maybe there's an issue with that model or they dropped the ball on supply. Wouldn't be surprised as the 128gb is only $50 less.

Best buy is cancelling orders. I switched to ordering directly from Samsung because of this

It is available, but had sold out in many locations. I was able to purchase it.
