Yes you can put the unlocked on your bestbuy card. You might want to check the preorder policy though: does Best Buy charge your card when you place the order or when they either ship it to you or notify you of pickup availability? If the former, conceivably you could receive your card's bill for the item before you even have it. A quick search indicates the S22 should ship in late February (the 25th is the date most sources are giving).
