The S22 Ultra does not have a microSD card port. You're limited to the device storage and any cloud storage you might have.

Please see page 8, and you will notice that the device only has a card slot that fits with the size of its actual sim card:

Answer is NO to SD Card slot. If you need more than 128Mb you'll have to buy a model with larger storage.
