Theyre capable but they told me to do it at home. They can't do it if the screen is broken.

You can actually do that your self with a app.. a switch app.. all you do is download it on the new phone and it walks you through all the steps and you just put your phones next to ea h other just make sure you read everything and everything gets transferred.. i believe you can only transfer samsung to samsung and iphone to iphone.. best buys geek squad is always there to help !
