• No dual SIM, but it works out the US.

• It can work internationally but make sure you sign up with a plan that includes int'l talk & text. Otherwise it will cost you a fortune.

• Per Samsung website: Dual-SIM, (Nano-SIM (4FF), Embedded-SIM.) SIM Slot Type: SIM 1 + SIM 2 / SIM 1 + eSIM / Dual eSIM. If you buy it unlocked, yes it will work outside the U.S.
