A:AnswerThanks for your inquiry! Software updates for your phone are available under (settings > about device > software updates) while third party application updates are available within the Google Play Store or Galaxy app store, depending on which one you used to download the app. ^Mel
A:AnswerYes. If you have the particular feature turned on (and I think it is by default) you can take a screen shot by swiping the edge of your hand across the screen
A:AnswerOh boy...I've done this...went from iPhone 3G to Galaxy s3. It was a hassle I never want to do again, but overall I would never go back to an iPhone for I enjoy the freedom of an Android phone (currently have a Galaxy s5). There is probably a better way that will get you better audio, but I found this free program to do the conversions called MediaHuman Audio Converter at www.mediahuman.com
A:Answeryes the make them and i have one on my phone- but it doesn't prevent the screen from breaking. my phone fell less than foot onto concrete and broke the screen. i would advise still getting a case for it if your going to buy the phone.
A:AnswerIt's my understanding if you keep your same contract features, that your monthly price should remain the same (I've upgraded through Best Buy twice now). I was on a grandfathered plan and actually reduced my monthly bill a few dollars switching over to the mobile share plan with AT&T for just myself (obviously, this all depends on your contract, your current plan features, upgrade eligibilty, any added features, etc.). You should be able to get a quote at the store, too.
A:AnswerYou can setup a new plan without porting a number if you select the NEXT plan. The major cell companies are no longer accepting NEW 2-year contracts, as they are phasing them out for the more cost-effective Installment Billing options.
