Hello! I'll be happy to answer that question for you. Please install and run Samsung Smart Switch onto your computer. We also suggest trying a new micro USB cable to see if the connection problem is due to a defective cable. We do not suggest using a defective micro USB cable as it may result in data corruption and a loss of data. Thanks for being a Samsung Customer!
