• if you're not eligible for an upgrade you would have to pay full price, but verizon now has a feature that allows you to pay monthly for your phone.

• You can pay off the amount due on your old phone and then buy the new phone. If you have the NEC program.

• I do not think that is correct. My contract is not up for another couple of weeks, but I was able to upgrade my phone over a month ago. Check with BB to see if you are eligible for an upgrade, early.
