“Hi, i know it says this phone is not unlocked and is to be used with AT&T, however can it be unlocked? and used with Cricket? Thank you”

• Yes. You can request an unlock code from AT&T if you purchased the phone full price and not an AT&T customer. It takes about 2-3 days for AT&T to send you the unlock code via your email provided to them.

• This phone can be unlocked by requesting an unlock from AT&T. The phone cannot be used on Cricket Wireless.
