- Answer amazon says the 27th so I assume that's right. I don't know why it's over 2 weeks later. Also I'm not sure why best buy isn't taking preorders on it. This is the color I want.

- Answer Hey Nino, Thanks for your question. This phone is AT&T branded. It is not unlocked. In order to unlock it you would need to receive the unlock code from AT&T. I hope that helps. ^Les
