• A:Answer Your current phone will continue to function as it has until the new phone is activated. If you order the upgrade phone online, it will not come pre-activated as a security measure. You will need to call into Verizon Support on a different phone (not your old or new phone) to activate the new phone.

• A:Answer it will be carrier locked if you buy the AT&T version. It will NOT work outside the US unless it is paid in full and an unlock code is requested from AT&T

• A:Answer that price is the subsidies price for a 2 yrs contract, the full price for the phone is $820 + tax and i believe that only att is offering 2 yr contracts so you have to get it from the store

• A:Answer I have gotten 12 hours out of it. Granted this was with power saving mode then ultra power saving mode and having stayed off of it because I planned on being away from my charger. I average about 10 hours with moderate to light usage and 6-8 with moderate to heavy usage.

• A:Answer They basically give you next to nothing for your S3, so the cost for the S6 Edge is like $840 (which I spread out in monthly payments over 2 years). I think they were going to give me $30 for my S3, so I just kept it and use it as a phone that can't make calls but my kids can play games on.

Q: QuestionWireless Charging AccessoryIt seems as if the wireless charging is an accessory I am not going to receive for free. I am on ATT next and am eligible for an early upgrade when turning in my phone. So I go thru all the steps on the only one available to click on the site and it ends up telling me at the last step that I need to pick a phone that is available for in store pickup.. Which is none of them. Any solutions to this?

• A:Answer Since you're only eligible for the early upgrade when turning in your phone the most possible reason that you can only select in-store pick up is because you are going to trade-in your current phone which they need to inspect before trade-in and when doing trade-in they also take your Driver's License information and scan your finger. Please keep in mind that AT&T had an issue in getting their phones to the Best Buy stores in time. I did a pre-order and wasn't able to pick up my phone until 3 days later. So there is a high demand in AT&T phones since they were backed up, therefore some stores are still waiting to be restocked. Hope this information helped.
