Please try again later.You get the phone for that monthly fee; then, you have to select a phone/data plan to go along with it - if you do not already have an AT&T cellular plan. There are some "hooks." You commit to keeping the phone for a certain number off months (which amounts to paying for the phone) - I believe its 30 months. So, if you can't afford to pay nearly $700 up front for the phone, this is a good way to get a top of the line piece of hardware at a fairly low price per month. BUT REMEMBER...you will have ADDITIONAL cellular fees ON TOP of this $23/month.
