The phone and a lot of payments and at the end of the payment contract you on the phone. It's simply paying for the whole thing on credit along with your Wireless contract

You get the phone for that monthly fee; then, you have to select a phone/data plan to go along with it - if you do not already have an AT&T cellular plan. There are some "hooks." You commit to keeping the phone for a certain number off months (which amounts to paying for the phone) - I believe its 30 months. So, if you can't afford to pay nearly $700 up front for the phone, this is a good way to get a top of the line piece of hardware at a fairly low price per month. BUT REMEMBER...you will have ADDITIONAL cellular fees ON TOP of this $23/month.
