A:AnswerHello there, xrjb. That is an interesting question, and I would be glad to help provide you some information. This device has the ability to be used on either CDMA or GSM wireless networks. It is recommended to reach out to your carrier to find out which network they use and to determine compatibility. I hope this was helpful. Have a great day.
A:AnswerMine is on Ting, no problems. At least not with the network. Samsung, on the other hand, doesn't seem interested in fixing security issues or keeping the OS up to date on this phone. Knowing what I know now, I'd buy the Google phone instead.
A:AnswerYes as long as you have a Sim card from there. Its unlocked so it doesn't follow normal carrier rules its a netural phone and doesn't choose a side until you put in your Sim and activate it.
A:AnswerYes It can accept GSM network companies. Sprint can be accepted on this phone for the network but not it's small side networks of Boostmobile or Virgin mobile.
A:AnswerNo it cannot work for boost mobile, It can work for sprint network though. I tried using it for VM (virgin mobile) carrier because best buy did not have virgin mobile one for it yet and the techs on the phone and sprint stores told me that it is an unlocked phone and it is not programmed with the carrier you want it under. Sprint owns boost mobile and VM carriers because it's on the same network as sprint. But i'm hoping they release one for boost mobile soon since they now release ones for VM carriers (it is Dec. 23,2016 i am writing this response and on Dec.19 they did not have VM galaxy S7 phones but today they released it for VM now)
A:AnswerVery tough to answer since I have not met a person trying Tracfone sim card on the S7. While it is CDMA network the only one on that network that can work with this phone is Sprint. I tried with my virgin mobile sim card since best buy did not have one for VM programmed yet but it backfired on me since the techs on the phone and sprint stores (sprint owns boost and VM carriers because both are using sprint's network) that the phone needs to be programmed with VM or boost mobile already and not unlocked phones putting in those sim cards to make it into those carriers. I would not recommend buying it if you plan to use tracefone with it simply because of wasting time and money finding out if it can or cannot work with the phone.
A:AnswerYes it comes with a neat little connector so you can actually hook the two phones together.........You will need a new SIM because the s3 is a micro sim and this phone uses a nano sim
A:AnswerYes. I purchased this phone specifically to use with Straight Talk using the ATT network. Straight Talk highly recommended going with the ATT network.
