No one does the 2 year upgrade anymore u can buy it out right or you can pay for it monthly on ur sprint bill

you can do an easy pay plan (pay for the phone via installments) or you can lease the phone. If you lease it you have to give it back at the end of the lease. Of course there is always the option of buying the phone outright too. That is a very expensive option though.
