If you are asking whether there is a warranty on the unlocked Galaxy S8, then YES there is a warranty from Samsung (one year). The warranty is no different than if you bought a carrier specific cell phone (i.e one tied to Sprint, Verizon, AT&T, etc.).

The purpose of unlocked cellphone is to be able to use it with any phone company or in any country you want without restriction. Unlocked cellphone will function as any other locked phone would.
